Foundations of Yoga Ecology Week-long Retreat

RETREAT and IMMERSE in authentic teachings of Yoga Ecology.

July 8 - 15, 2022

To Retreat is to Evolve. To step into a space, with the willingness and intention to step into a more complete  version of yourself is truly a gift to and of the Soul.  Our "Foundations of Yoga Ecology" Week-long Retreat is guaranteed to support and encourage evolution using the ancient teachings and philosophy of Yoga Ecology.

What is Yoga Ecology?

Yogic traditions always focused on balance and sustainability as a reverential relationship with Mother Earth. Today there is such a disconnect between nature and society in the modern world, and Ashram Life focusses on ideals of simple living and reverance to the Divinity found within the world around us.

Some examples of living simply found within Ashram Life are: growing our own food, living locally within the means of our local ecosystem, and working as co-creators within Nature through listening and lived experience.

Yoga literally means ‘to unite’ or ‘combine’ and traditionally, Yoga was practised in retreat within nature. By tending to holistic gardens, looking after animals, foraging wild Medicines, and honouring the Divine each day through Mantra Sadhana and Puja, we are able to create unity within mind, body, and surroundings.  Yoga Ecology practices offer an opportunity to practice foundations for a complete Yoga system rooted in unity.
