To step into a space, with the willingness and intention to step into a more complete version of yourself is truly a gift to and of the Soul. Our "Foundations of Yoga Ecology" Week-long Retreat is guaranteed to support and encourage evolution using the ancient teachings and philosophy of Yoga Ecology.


For this week-long retreat, you will receive:

  • Full accommodation and nutritious vegetarian and Yogic meals for each night at Ishtadev Niwas Ashram
  • Intimate Yogic training with a maximum of 11 (adult) students per residency
  • Daily Mantra and Puja
